Day1:Airport pickup + Meditation Retreat at Lingyin Temple
- Meal:Dinner
- Accommodation:Hangzhou
Morning: We will arrange your airport transfer in advance based on your flight details. Upon arrival, you'll be escorted to your hotel to freshen up and relax at your leisure, allowing you to recharge for the upcoming journey.
Afternoon:Together, we'll explore Feilai Feng (Peak Flown From Afar), a 168-meter limestone mountain adorned with over 340 cliff carvings dating back to the Five Dynasties period. Then, holding three incense sticks, we'll enter Lingyin Temple—one of Hangzhou's oldest and most revered Buddhist monasteries, with a history spanning 1,600 years.

Evening: Dine at "Qingchun Pumen", Hangzhou’s premier Zen-inspired vegetarian restaurant. Their "meditative cuisine" transforms dishes into edible art, paired with live guqin performances, inviting you to savor the Jiangnan literati’s "slow dining" elegance through taste and melody.

Day2:West Lake + Jingci Temple + Tea-Picking Experience + China Tea Museum
- Meals:Breakfast & Lunch & Dinner
- Accommodation:Hangzhou
Morning:We’ll start the day with a leisurely stroll along the Su Causeway, a 2.8-kilometer-long embankment built during the Northern Song Dynasty by the poet-official Su Shi (Su Dongpo) to dredge West Lake. In spring, the causeway is adorned with blooming peach blossoms, while in summer, its willow trees sway gently—creating a scene of timeless beauty.
Next, we’ll board a traditional wooden paddle boat to glide across the lake, passing by Lone Hill (Gushan), the Bai Causeway, and the iconic "Three Pools Mirroring the Moon" islets. After the boat ride, we’ll visit Jingci Temple, where the legendary monk Jigong (the "Mad Monk") once practiced Buddhism.

Lunch:A special vegetarian meal awaits at Suchunzhai, a tranquil monastic restaurant near Jingci Temple. Here, you’ll savor authentic Buddhist cuisine。
Afternoon:We’ll head to Longjing Mountain, the heartland of Longjing tea—a tribute tea since the Song Dynasty, with Emperor Qianlong even designating 18 imperial tea trees. Follow local farmers into the terraced fields to learn how to identify the prized "one bud, one leaf" plucking standard and try your hand at tea picking.
We have specially arranged a private tea ceremony space where a professional tea master will guide you through the fascinating history of Longjing tea. You'll then experience the ancient Song Dynasty-style tea whisking ritual—an intangible cultural heritage—allowing you to fully appreciate the charm of this "National Treasure Tea" through an immersive sensory journey.
Dinner:We’ve reserved a table at Baiding Xingshe, a visionary plant-based restaurant by the Grand Canal. Dine on its serene waterfront terrace, where innovative botanical dishes harmonize with the murmuring canal—a feast for both palate and soul.
Day3 :Jingshan Temple +Bodhi Valley
- Meals:Breakfast & Lunch & Dinner
- Accommodation:Hangzhou
Morning: We drove to Jingshan Temple, renowned as the "Leading Temple among the Five Mountains and Ten Monasteries of Jiangnan." During the Song Dynasty, it flourished as a prominent monastery of the Linji School of Zen Buddhism. We hiked along the lush Jingshan Ancient Trail, the main path to the temple, stretching about 5 kilometers.
Noon: In silence and mindfulness, we joined the monks for a simple yet flavorful temple vegetarian noodle meal.
Afternoon: After exploring Jingshan Temple, we headed to our evening retreat—Bodhi Valley, a Zen-inspired courtyard. Wandering through the mountains, we gathered flowers and branches to co-create a dining table, setting the scene for a sunset bamboo forest feast. Immersed in the harmony of nature and art, we embraced the beauty of life.
- Day4(Hangzhou→Suzhou):Healing Yogain Bodhi Valley + Listening to Pingtan on Pingjiang Road
- Meals:breakfast & lunch & dinner
- Accommodation:Suzhou
Morning: We unfurled our yoga mats in a sunlit clearing, where birdsong provided nature's soundtrack to our healing practice. Under the instructor's guidance, we began with mindful breathing to center ourselves, then flowed through multiple rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation).
Noon: Nestled beneath Jingshan Temple, Miaoxiang Hall welcomed us with its unadorned elegance. The monastic-style vegetarian fare - delicate tofu, woodland mushrooms, and garden-fresh greens - was prepared with minimalist precision.
Afternoon: After lunch,we will drive to Suzhou's Pingjiang Road which unfolded like a living scroll painting: centuries-old houses with whitewashed walls and black-tiled roofs mirrored in the tranquil canal. We visited the very Pingtan teahouse featured in the hit drama "All Is Well", where Yao Chen's character immersed in this local art form.
Evening: Tucked away in a lantern-lit alley, the acclaimed "Su Ren Ji" surprised us with its contemporary take on plant-based cuisine. The rustic-chic wooden interior set the stage for creative dishes like:"Vegetarian Goose" - layered tofu skin mimicking the texture of poultry. Purple rice onigiri - a Japanese-inspired twist using local grains.
Day5:Hanshan Temple + Maple Bridge + Tiger Hill
- Meals: breakfast & lunch & dinner
- Accommodation:Suzhou
Morning:We headed to Hanshan Temple, searching for the poetic beauty. Stepping into the scenic area, the air was filled with the faint fragrance of apricot blossoms, as if we had entered a world from a poem. Then, with devout hearts, we prayed to the Buddha. We specially arranged a vegetarian noodle experience at Hanshan Temple. Sitting in the quaint dining hall, a bowl of vegetarian noodles was served
Afternoon:After lunch, we drove to the Tiger Hill Scenic Area. Tiger Hill is said to be the burial site of King Helü of Wu from the Spring and Autumn period. Emperor Qin Shi Huang once climbed it to enjoy the view, and by the Tang Dynasty, it had already become the "Foremost Scenic Spot in Wu."
Despite enduring centuries of wind and rain, it still stands tall, making it one of China's oldest surviving brick pagodas, often called the "Leaning Tower of the East."
Day6:Humble Administrator's Garden + Suzhou Museum + Airport Drop-off
- Meals:breakfast & lunch
Morning:We’ll begin our day by visiting the Humble Administrator’s Garden, renowned as the "No. 1 Garden in regions south of the Yangtze River" Here, you’ll truly experience the essence of "a different view with every step, and a painting at every turn." Next, we’ll take a short walk to the Suzhou Museum, a masterpiece designed by the legendary architect I.M. Pei. The building itself is a work of art, blending modernist aesthetics with traditional Jiangnan charm. Lunch:A specially arranged meal awaits at ”Da Shu Wu Jie”, hailed as "Suzhou’s finest vegetarian cuisine." This restaurant redefines plant-based dining, combining seasonal ingredients with innovative techniques.
Afternoon:Depending on your flight schedule, we’ll provide a transfer to either Shanghai Hongqiao Station or Suzhou Railway Station.
