16:00–17:00 | Climb to Chenghuang Pavilion
We’ll kick things off with a short climb up to Chenghuang Pavilion. From the top, you’ll get a sweeping view of West Lake and the old city rooftops—absolutely worth the steps! While up there, we’ll taste a warm bowl of sweet lotus root starch and enjoy the soft melodies of traditional silk-string instruments. It’s like stepping into a painting.


17:00–17:30 | Wander Hefang Street + Bronze Sculpture Museum
Next, we’ll take a relaxed stroll through Hefang Street—Hangzhou’s most iconic old street, full of snacks, shops, and Song Dynasty vibes. We’ll also pop into the Su Bingren Bronze Sculpture Museum, where life-sized bronze scenes bring ancient Hangzhou back to life. It’s history you can literally touch.


17:30–18:00 | Discover Hu Qing Yu Tang Pharmacy
Then it’s time to visit one of Hangzhou’s hidden gems—Hu Qing Yu Tang, a hundred-year-old traditional Chinese pharmacy. Here, you’ll hear the fascinating story of how medicine and food were once one and the same, and get a peek at ancient herbal techniques still alive today.


18:00–19:00 | Snack Time & Local Talk
Now let’s hit the streets for some real bites! You’ll get to try authentic local snacks,The most famous local specialty food in Hangzhou is "Piela Chuan" (a kind of noodle dish), "Luo Fen" (a dessert made of lotus root) which is the favorite food of girls, and "Piela Chuan" (another noodle dish) which incorporates the patriotic sentiments of the local people.Our tour guide will explain to you in detail the stories and meanings behind these delicacies. It’s not just about the food, but the stories that come with it.



19:00–20:00 | Southern Song Imperial Street Walk

Any cancellation by you must be initiated by telephone/message to +86 15705831034 OR by email to egotriphangzhou@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
If you cancel or cannot take your tour as a consequence of force majeure, Egotrip will refund the amount you have paid less any non-recoverable out-of-pocket costs incurred on your behalf - car rentals, admissions, hotel reservations, tickets etc. We may require you to provide verification to confirm that you were unable to take your tour if you request a refund under this provision.
Force Majeure includes impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, volcanoes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour. The determination of what constitutes 'Force Majeure' is at the discretion of Egotrip.
For cancellation due to any other reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstances), the date on which the request to cancel is received by Egotrip will determine the refund due as follows:
If you cancel 7 days or more before the start of the tour:10% cancellation fee.
If you cancel 6 to 2 days before the start of the tour:50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than 1 day before the start of the tour or no show: 100% cancellation fee.
